Commercial Fitouts:
Commercial fitouts including restaurants and bars, offices, call-centres, training facilities, banks, retail, hospitality, laboratories and theatres.

Base Building Refurbishment's:
'Strip out' and 'make good', refurbishment of existing tenancies, lift lobby's, entry foyers, toilet facilities and kitchens.

Remedial Building Work:
Shopfront and facade replacement, structural upgrade, repairs to building envelope and DDA upgrade work.

Infrastructure Upgrade:
Co-ordination and upgrading of mechanical plant, electrical switchboards, fire services and BMS systems to meet building demands and current BCA & Australian Standards requirements.

Strategic Partnership


A.I.M was founded in 2004 by two former Lend Lease Property Group executives to provide a broad range of customised solutions for Clients with specific, property related needs.

Initially established as a Project Management and Construction business, the Company has capitalised on its track record and ability to successfully manage risk & Client expectations by expanding its operations into property development in 2007 and establishing an overseas Project Management business in 2008.

AIM formed a strategic partnership with Kinvel Pty Limited in 2010 in recognition of both organisation’s focus on Customer Service and complimentary set of skills across a broad variety of projects & markets, enabling this combined business to become an innovative and reliable provider of a complete range of property solutions, both within Australia and internationally.
